A Little Bit About Truest

We created Truest Fitness in 2020 as a means of sharing our fitness journey & helping others with theirs.

We want to help people achieve their goals & be their truest self by providing tips, motivation, healthy recipes & a safe place to express their feelings.


We firmly believe in the positive benefits fitness brings to all areas of our lives. We want to spread the message that no matter who you are or what your goals may be, just be true to your self!

A Little Bit About Lewis

Lewis has been helping clients for over 7 years. He started out as a swimmer, competing at a National level. Lewis then went on to compete in Powerlifting meets & now takes part in Strongman competitions.

​

As a fully qualified & accredited Personal Trainer, Lewis believes getting fit should be enjoyed, not dreaded. Lewis changes lives for a living, which is not only a privilege but incredibly fulfilling & rewarding.

A Little Bit About Erin

Erin completed law school in 2019 and has since gone on to obtain her Personal Training qualifications along with a Diploma in Sports Nutrition.

​

As a fitness enthusiast, Erin has been training since she was 15 years old. She now competes in Strongwoman competitions.
